SDC Vegas new core routes - 04/12/2023

SDC Vegas will have a router edge replace the night/morning of 04/13/2023.  This is a reminder their will be a period of downtime as we merge new routes and new edge into the new core for Vegas.  We will also add (2) new /23 of IP space as well.

We expect a smooth transition and update beginning at Midnight.
