SDC - CLOUD WIDE - 10/19/2023

We are delighted to announce that the help.syptec.com/hesk portal has been completed.  All aspects of security and patching have been completed.  We have also update all portals, proxy and relays with the newest SSL certificate and moved the entire platform to SSD.  This has been a work over the last 3 months.  It includes last ticket, search features and structured resporting.  We are pleased with the latest rendition of the helpdesk portal.
