SDC Vegas -- 02/08/2022 -- Partial Outage

Time -- At 2028 MST 02/08/2020

Summary -- A primary SSD SAN experienced a partial failure and has become partially non-responsive.  A senior level analyst warned of possible full-failure and a decisive action plan was followed that has been pre-determined.

Present situation - A full evacuation will be manually conducted and ensure 100% uptime to any data on the partially failed SSD SAN. Once migration has completed, the affected SSD SAN will be placed into a maintenance mode and followed by a full review.

Issue - Partial non-responsive SSD SAN.

Impact to customers - There is no impact to customer base.

Expectation - We will conduct all work to our present SLA of 100%.  We will manually migrate all data forcefully with no end impact to customers.  This will be completed within 1hr.
