SDC VEG - Outage 01/08/2026
SDC Vegas is experiencing and outage caused by a SAN edge in complete failure. The began at 0947 with no warning. Both primary, secondary and BKP paths are down. Techs have been dispatched and are presently onsite.
1034MST - Tech identified total collapsed interfaces. Working promptly to locate, repair, or move SAN for operational repair to retirement. Once repair complete will return to working status. Live migrations will then commence to preserve data and restore order, then retire SAN from production.
1037MST - SAN removed successfully and repair plan being executed.
1048MST - Tech are working on replacing chassis and storage ports.
1100MST - Tech replaced storage ports and is replacing chassis. Application of power will occur there after.
1108MST - All services have been restored and the repair successful. All services are being monitored for 24h.
