SDC Philly -- 02/10/2022 -- Planned Outage

We currently have a planned outage that will impact users of the GPU farm and GPU grid services.  The outage is due to adding/replacing some cooling modules that will continue to keep the GPU farm cool as user loads increase on it and larger volumes of heat increase.  We will be added additional cooling as well as additional GPU's to the market.

We expect this process to take less than 2hrs.  We also expect any impact to the GPU systems to be unavailable for less than 60 minutes for any single user VM.

These will be no follow up at the work completes and services are restored to production levels.
