SDC TAMP Turn up of bandwidth - 06/30/2022

SDC is happy and very very pleased to have added Zayo Bandwidth now as the lead bandwith in the SDC Tamp site.  This provide a robust 800,000 plus routes and 16 peered routes to local and provate provides in Florida and neighboring states.  This cut latency by almost 30% so the improvement will be well received.  We also added a secondary route to the reginal provider SRP providers and treated VPN access.
