SDC PHIL - 04/12/2023

SDC PHIL experienced a SAN collpase today that did not failover properly.  The underlying storage controller froze and caused a stall with the partner.  Once frozen, dispatch was made for an engineer.  The system was reboot, checked and all systems restored to production.

During the failure to recovery, we conclude 16 minutes of time was total down time while the storage reboot and brought the vm it was responsible for back online.

The system is being taken out of production.
