SDC PHIL SWITCH COLLAPSE - 11/14/2025

SDC PHIL had a pair of QSFP ports fail that resulted in impact to a section of production vm.  HA took over as directed in an automated fashion and in an automated manner.  A single hyper held on to vm configurations for an additional 5 minutes due to the quantity of vm moving live at a time.  HA will reboot and restart should a longer duration be required or if a vm requires such.

Please verify all your vm are running properly.  We do perform backups in an automated fashion should a need a rise for this, but as the health checks run, no notice appears to require such.

All services appear health at this time.

Be advised we will be sending out a 10 day of work to perform a secondary switch replacement.
