SDC - Credit Calculation (Down time due to DC failures) - 2023

SDC provides a credit calculation on the following items.  The calculation is strictly due to SDC Cloud, Colo and Bandwidth Failures.  This does not include but not limited to Malware, Ransomware, Ware in General, Hacking, Failure of Applications, code or other customer governed means of self service in the care of custody chain.

1. Power less than 100% A+B ---- Power bill MRC / 30 = Total Value of credit.  

2. Bandwidth less than 100% A or A+B or BGP/HRSP ---- Bandwidth bill MRC / 30 = Total Value of credit.

3. Colo RU, Rack, Pod, Suite  --- Colo bill MRC / 30 = Total Value of credit. 

4. Cloud VM --- Value of VM Container MRC / 30 = Total Value of credit.

The billing will not exceed 100% of the MRC under any condition.   The value is based on an exceeded value of 8 hrs past time to recovery and a properly documented support request made to help@syptec.com or https://help.syptec.com/hesk there are no other exceptions.
