SDC TAMP / MIAMI - 1/20/2026

We are aware of an outage in the SDC TAMP and the Miami exchange.  All traffic is being impacted.

0951 - Techs are working with DC now.

1033 - Techs are onsite with DC engineers and network engineers.  Entire datacenter connectivity down.  All backbone outage has occured.

1055 - Techs working with Router and Backbone upstream 

1103 - Waiting status update from carriers, routing and edge teams - upstream.

1119 - All service to carriers restored.  All edge service up.  Miami and Ft Laud still not accepting traffic.
